Thankful Tuesday

Today I am thankful for my parents.

 

I am thankful for my dad who has always worked so hard to provide for the family.  He is charitable, kind, witty, and extremely good.  And he cares so much for all of his children and would give anything for them.

I am thankful for my mom who continues to be one of my best friends.  I can talk to her about anything and she is always there with advice when I ask or with a listening ear when I need to vent.  She is an amazing woman and everyone she comes in contact with absolutely loves her (for good reason.)  I hope that I can be the kind of mother that she was for all of her children.

They are both so wonderful.  They have taught me so much throughout my life.  So much of who I am today is because of them.
