De-Stressing

Once again I have been gone way too long.  First, we moved a few weeks ago and it took way too long to get our internet up and running in our new place.  Second, this past week was really hard for me emotionally and to be completely honest, I've been avoiding the blog.  I couldn't come up with a topic to write about that wasn't depressing or full of anger so I thought it best to stay away.

But I'm back and ready for a change.  As you all know, D and I are trying to have a baby.  I've been so caught up in my grief of not being able to have a baby and it's been causing so much stress in my life.  The stress is starting to affect me physically.  So it's time for me to do something about it.

My goal for this month is to learn how to relax even amidst the hardship of our trial.  I know that, although stress probably isn't the only reason we can't get pregnant, it most likely is a contributing factor.  I also want to learn how to deal with the stress better to create the most "pro-baby" atmosphere in my body so that if we ever do get pregnant, the baby will have a healthy place to develop.

So here's to a month of growing and developing and learning to relax.

What are your favorite ways to de-stress?

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Life has been a roller coaster for the past 4 years for my husband and I. Just found out that our first IVF attempt was a failure. I'm at a loss for words. Hoping you get your miracle soon.

I hope you find your relaxation! I'm sure you're having a hard time right now but stress definitely makes life worse :( Good luck!
